At Le Chameau, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our footwear; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. All returned goods must be in their original, unworn condition and include all premium packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Le Chameau box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our quality team.
